Our commitment

Greetable is committed to making our website and assistant usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML and labelled controls so screen readers can navigate the site and chat.
• Keyboard-operable navigation and conversation.
• Sufficient color contrast and readable, resizable text.
• Multiple ways to reach us — web chat, phone, and text — so people can use whichever works best.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We test and improve regularly, and some third-party or older content may not yet fully conform.
