Greetable

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Greetable (the "Service"), an AI assistant that helps restaurants take orders, answer questions, and book reservations across phone, web chat, and messaging. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Greetable provides automated assistance on behalf of participating restaurants. Orders, reservations, payments, fulfillment, and food safety are the responsibility of the individual restaurant, not Greetable. We are a software provider and not a party to any transaction between you and a restaurant.

3. Accounts

Restaurant owners are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the menu, hours, and other details they provide, and for activity under their account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, use it unlawfully, or submit content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend access for violations.

5. AI-generated responses

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, which can make mistakes. Always confirm order details, prices, allergens, and reservation times. Greetable does not guarantee responses are accurate, complete, or error-free.

6. Fees

Some features are free and others are paid. Pricing shown on the site is illustrative and may change; paid plans are billed as described at sign-up.

7. Intellectual property

Greetable and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. You retain rights to content you provide and grant us a license to use it to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greetable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from a restaurant's orders, food, or fulfillment.

9. SMS / text messaging terms

This section is the SMS program disclosure for Greetable text messaging. By providing your mobile number you agree to these SMS terms.

Who sends the messages and program purpose. Text messages are sent by Greetable on behalf of the restaurant you are interacting with. The program is strictly transactional and customer-care: we send messages about your specific order or reservation. These messages are not marketing or promotional, and your mobile number and messaging consent are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message types. Order confirmations, reservation confirmations, order-status and receipt updates, and replies to a message you send us.

How consent is obtained. You provide your mobile number and consent to receive transactional text messages when you place an order or make a reservation by phone, web chat, or text, or when you text the restaurant's number first. Consent is direct and specific to this program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies (for example, per order or reservation activity).

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out / unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at https://greetable.ai/contact.

Carriers. Carriers and mobile operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. By opting in you confirm you are the account holder or have authority to consent for the number, and that you are old enough and able to enter into this agreement.
